Before anything starts we set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time bound objectives with you, in writing. A slower first meeting and a faster everything else.
We agree the key performance indicators that will tell both of us whether the work succeeded, and we agree them before money is spent rather than after the invoice.
After delivery we measure against those same indicators and report honestly, including the parts that underperformed and what we would change next time.
